Flowers are subject to seasonal availability. In the event that any of the flowers are not available, the florist will substitute with flowers in a similar shape, style and colour. Deluxe size pictured.

In the event that flowers are received in a condition that is below an acceptable standard Freesia & Fox will replace these flowers as soon as is possible. Freesia & Fox must be contacted with any complaints within 24 hours of delivery with a photo showing the flowers. Due care must have been taken by the recipient to follow the flower care instructions provided.
