We have carefully curated a menu of popular items including bouquets and buttonholes, arrangements and cake flowers.

The menu is limited and designed to provide the most impact for your day. Kick back and enjoy your day - and leave the flowers and details to us.

    There’s no reason for a formal consultation. Select your designs from the menu, submit your order and we’ll confirm your order with details of how to pay. Then we will touch base closer to your event to confirm delivery details and timing.

  • Do you deliver in my area?
    We can deliver our silk flowers UK wide. We pack them safely into a box and post via Royal Mail.
  • When can you deliver?
    Processing of our silk flower orders takes 2-5 days and you will be notified once they have been sent via Royal Mail.
  • What will my bouquet look like?
    Choose from a bright or pastel colour scheme and then choose your size - mini, small, medium or large. Then sit back and leave the designing to us! All flowers are chosen and bouquets created in our signature bold & sculptural style. Please take a look at our instagram to get an idea of our style.
  • What if I want something that is not on the menu?
    If you are after something specific and bespoke please email orders@freesiaandfox.com. Bespoke orders have a miniumum spend of £155.00.
  • How do I look after silk flowers?
    Some light dusting will keep your flowers looking tip top from day to day. They can also be cleaned lightly with a soft damp cloth.
  • What vase should I use?
    Your flowers will arrive arranged so that you can just plonk them into a vase. We recommend using a vase that is not too wide so that your flowers are better supported. If your vase is top heavy you might want to put a weight in the bottom for stability. Medium and large bouquets look awesome in vases that are tall but still slim. Play around with what looks good!
  • Can I return my flowers if I change my mind?
    Of course, everybody changes their mind sometimes. Contact Hannah for returns orders@freesiaandfox.com. You have 14 days from receipt of your silk flowers to let us know you want to return them and then 14 more days to return them to us. Just make sure you return them to us in the same condition that they arrived to you in.

  • Will my silk flowers last forever?
    Yep, they are made from silk and are not fresh flowers. However we do recommend some light cleaning to keep them in tip top shape and keeping them away from strong, direct sunlight and any damp conditions.

When should I place my order?

We require a minimum of 28 days notice and suggest placing your order 3 – 6 months before your wedding day.

Items can be ordered through our online shop found by following the ‘Place order’ links.

What if I want a formal consultation?

We don’t offer consultations with Wedding Packages. They’re designed to be very straight-forward for you to order so leave the details to us.

Place your order online, select your colour palette and our design team will handcraft your wedding flowers in our studio.
